SAME OLD TORIES

Just in case anyone forgot what the Tories were like, here's some choice viewing from the Newnight 30th Anniversary footage. Firstly, we have William Hague MP (Shadow Foreign Secretary) doing his best not to answer a question about Lord Ashcroft's residency and tax status (from the 2nd June 2009) and just in case anyone has forgotten how dreadful the Tories were in Government here's Michael Howard MP then Home Secretary (from 13th May 1997) being flayed alive by dread Paxman.
